Bree Jenko, Co-Founder & COO

Bree oversees the day to day operations, website development, marketing, social media and content creation of Elevated Well-Being. She has extensive experience and knowledge in the Employee Health Benefits Administration industry and has over seven years of direct management experience. She is currently attending The University of Arizona to pursue her Bachelor of Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics degree and go on to become a Registered Dietitian.

Bree has a passion for all things health and wellness. She lives a plant-based life with a love for all animals. She leads an active lifestyle by attending barre fitness classes at a local studio and enjoys yoga, hiking and going for a run outdoors. Bree shares this passion on her social media platforms in hopes to reach others and inspire them to live the healthiest life they can. She loves to create vegan and gluten free recipes in the kitchen and share them with her community on Instagram (@breejenko).

Christina Carter, CPC, Co-Founder & Coach

Christina is a certified professional Life Coach who empowers her clients to facilitate the change they desire. The heart of her coaching is to motivate and inspire each and every client wherever they may be on their journey. She received her coaching certification in 2015 from iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) and completed her LPN program in 2018.

Christina’s favorite pastimes include listening to music, cooking and all things outdoors – the beach is her favorite place to vacation.

Sherry Jenko NDTR, Co-Founder & Coach

Sherry has developed and executed wellness programs for both pediatric and adult weight management patients in a hospital setting. She has coached and instructed group programs both in person and online. She specializes in long term weight loss and optimal health and well-being using behavioral changes and nutrition education. She received her dietetics degree in 2010 and completed the Lifestyle Balance Coach Program through the University of Pittsburgh in 2018.

Sherry enjoys a plant based diet, yoga practice and living an active lifestyle. She has a passion for educating others to help them develop the tools for living a long and healthy life.

Ana Marinho PT, Author, Coach

Ana Marinho is a physical therapist, mind-body coach, and intuitive healer. For over 12 years, she has been empowering clients to transform emotional/physical pain into overall well-being using self-healing techniques, mind-body connection, and neuroscience.

She hosts monthly workshops in her membership, Be Healthy Academy, to help her clients to be the master of their body and mind while learning how to rewire the brain and recondition the body to make changes that last.

She has also written a best-selling book, Ignite Your Inner Healer, and has been featured on NBC, as well as many other media outlets.

Echo Williams BS, Coach

Echo was born and raised in Arizona, where she currently resides. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Communication from Arizona State University in 2016. She has experience in various parts of the health industry including sports nutrition, community nutrition, corporate wellness and behavioral health.

In addition to health coaching with Elevated Well-Being, Echo works for a healthcare third-party administrator and teaches barre fitness classes at a local studio. She has been plant based since 2014 and loves to experiment in the kitchen with healthy and budget-friendly vegetarian recipes.
