Reminder to count blessings ~

List the top 3 things that happened today (here’s mine: made a healthy smoothie – made time for 30 minutes of exercise – able to close out (2) projects at work)

Review your list often throughout the day adding to it and removing the last one. This helps in looking for the good things and making good things happen. Let’s go!

Tip Corner

Creating effective change can be downright scary at times.  Let’s face it, no one wants to set goals only to watch them be swept by the wayside.  Oh – we can think of at least ten reasons why we didn’t make that exercise class at the gym last week and each and every reason is legit.

And that’s ok – congrats on setting your wheel in motion! Now it’s time to focus on the benefits of the change, not the challenges!
