What is “The Program”?
The Program is a twelve month, twelve topic approach. Each month of the year will be centered around a relevant wellness, nutrition and/or mental well-being topic and will include one, 30-minute workshop via live webinar where our coaches will share their tips on making healthy changes and how to keep yourself accountable. It will also include online healthy activities and worksheets to keep you engaged and accountable, monthly wellness articles and blog posts straight to your inbox and fun and healthy recipes you can easily re-make at home!
